Return Policy 

If you need to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team at info@modayn.com. Kindly ensure that your return adheres to our policy requirements, as returns that do not meet these standards will not be accepted. We recommend thoroughly reviewing our policy before initiating a return.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate return requests beyond this period. For more information, please reach out to our Customer Service team.

We do not offer free returns. As items are imported directly from Europe, all returns must be processed through European customs.

The following flat return fees apply:

  • Australia: AUD 50
  • Canada: CAD 40
  • Hong Kong: HKD 275
  • Singapore: SGD 50
  • United Kingdom: GBP 28
  • United States & International: USD 35 

Please be aware that return fees are non-refundable. If a return is rejected, additional shipping fees will apply to return the items to the customer. 

Please note that the colors displayed on your monitor, mobile device, or tablet may slightly differ from the actual product colors. While we strive to represent colors as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee exact matches.

We monitor the number of returns from each customer and reserve the right to flag and refuse returns at our discretion. Excessive returns may result in the closure of your Modayn account.. 

 

Requesting a Return 

Before proceeding with your return, please carefully read and agree to our return policy:

  • Import duties/taxes are non-refundable as they are collected by customs in your country. 
  • Returns are not accepted at our office. All returns must be shipped back to our partners in Europe. Returns sent to our office will not be processed or refunded. 
  • If you refuse delivery, you are responsible for the order contents of the order and will not be eligible for a full refund. 
  • Items from different boutiques must be returned separately, each with its own shipping box and return label. 
  • We do not accept returns for fur, padded, down coats, and similar items. In rare cases where an exception is made, an additional fee of USD 120 for customs and duties will apply, in addition to the standard return fee of USD 35. Please contact Customer Service for more information. 
  • If you are requesting a return for multiple items from one order, please submit each return request individually to receive separate return labels for each item (as different items may be returned to different boutiques).
  • All returns must be shipped back from the original shipping address. 
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.  Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags and labels still attached. Returns without these will not be accepted. 
  • All returns must include all original packaging, such as dust bags, brand boxes, and shoe boxes, as they are considered part of the product. 
  • Any security tags or brand tags must remain attached in their original position. 
  • Do not use your own return label. 

All returns must use the provided return label to ship back to Europe. Once we have received and confirmed your return, you will have your refund within 10-14 business days using the payment method you used when ordering.  If items are returned without our approval, all shipping costs, taxes, and customs fees will be the customer's responsibility, and no refund will be issued.

 

Pick-up Service: 

To schedule a pick-up, contact us at info@modayn.com after receiving your return label (available for DHL labels and US customers only). 

We comply with all relevant returns and refunds laws. By proceeding with your return request, you acknowledge and agree to the return policy outlined above.
