All purchases at Modayn include customs duties and complimentary shipping (subject to terms and conditions), ensuring you won't encounter additional fees upon receiving your imported items. Here are the details:

  • Delivery Duties: Included and calculated at checkout. The price displayed is the final price you will pay.
  • Total Payment: You will receive a single total payment amount, even if your order includes items from multiple luxury boutiques. 
  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, a separate email with your tracking number will be sent.
  • Order Issues: Should any issues arise during the processing of your order, you will be promptly notified via email with details or requests for additional information.
  • Verification: Occasionally, we may require additional verification with your card issuer to confirm your order.
  • Delays: We endeavor to minimize any delays and ensure the swift dispatch of your items.

Shipping and Tracking 

We offer standard (4-6 business days) and express international shipping (3-5 business days) options for quick and secure delivery of your items, available for an additional fee regardless of the order amount. Shipping may be delayed during public holidays.

  • United States & International Regions: Free standard shipping on orders over USD 200, and USD 19.95 applied for express shipping or orders below USD 200
  • Singapore: Free standard shipping on orders over SGD 300, and SGD 30.00 applied for express shipping or orders below SGD 300.
  • Australia: Free standard shipping on orders over AUD 300, and AUD 30.00 applied for express shipping or orders below AUD 300
  • Hong Kong: Free standard shipping on orders over HKD 1500, or HKD 160.00 applied for express shipping or orders below HKD 1500.
  • United Kingdom: Free standard shipping on orders over GBP 150, and GBP 15.00 applied for express shipping or orders below GBP 150.
  • Canada: Free standard shipping on orders over CAD 250, and CAD 25.00 applied for express shipping or orders below CAD 250.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary, particularly during European public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also view your order details by signing into your account and visiting the order history section.

If you purchase multiple items from different luxury boutiques, they will be shipped separately. 

We partner with DHL Express, UPS, and FedEx to provide expedited worldwide shipping. Deliveries typically occur Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (local time). We coordinate closely with our shipping partners and boutiques to minimize any potential delays.

 

Customs Duties and Taxes 

  • There are no hidden costs—customs or import duties are included, and the final amount will be displayed at checkout.
  • Should you refuse to accept a parcel, you will be liable for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees.
  • Please note that we are cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gifts.

    Package Delivery 

    Your order will be delivered to the specified address or a third party designated by you during the ordering process. If you fail to retrieve or refuse delivery, you will be responsible for the contents of the order and will not be eligible for a full refund.

    In certain cases, our delivery partners may offer optional services, such as:

    • Signature Release: opting out of requiring a signature upon delivery. 
    • Redirecting to a neighbor, reception, or security desk. 
    • Scheduling a preferred delivery date. 
    • Collecting from a nearby collection point. 

    By selecting any of these options, you agree that Modayn is not liable for any loss or damage that may result from these delivery choices.

    Modayn is responsible for your package only until it is delivered. Once the shipment has been delivered to the specified recipient and marked as delivered, our liability ends. Additionally, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur during the shipping process. Ownership of the goods remains with Modayn until they are delivered to the specified shipping address.

     

    Shipment Redirection 

    If you choose to redirect a shipment yourself, you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur after the redirection request. We advise carefully considering the risks before redirecting packages independently. If you require assistance with redirecting your package, please contact our customer service team at info@modayn.com. Please note that we cannot investigate or reimburse any loss, damage, or delivery-related issues that may arise from self-initiated redirection requests.
