How to Shop

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can shop without an account, but registering provides the benefit of order tracking and allow you to save items to your Wishlist.

How do I place an order on your site? 
  • Explore categories or search for specific items.
  • Select your desired product and add it to your cart. 
  • Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping information, and complete the payment. 
  • You'll receive a confirmation email and updates on your order's progress. 
Where can I find size & fit advice?

To view size conversions, simply click on the ‘Size Chart’ link located on the product page. 

Can I cancel my order or make changes to it? 

Changes can be made if your order hasn't been shipped. For assistance, contact our customer service team at info@modayn.com. Please note, adding additional items to an existing order is not possible, but you can place a new order for extra items.

On the Sign In page, select 'Forgot your password?' and enter your email address. You will receive an email with steps to reset your password.

What makes Modayn's pricing unique?

At Modayn, our business model allows us to offer luxury products from a global network of brands and partners, each curated by our expert team. Since our partners set their own prices, you may notice price variations for the same item across different partners.

Please note: Adding an item to your cart doesn’t secure it.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged once your order is prepared for shipping. However, your bank or card issuer may place a hold on the order amount immediately.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB. All transactions are securely processed.

Are my personal details secure? 

Yes, your personal information is kept confidential and shared only with your consent or as required by law. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy

Product Availability & Authenticity 

Why are there duplicate items on the website? 

We work with numerous boutiques across Europe, offering a broad range of luxury products. Each boutique manages its own inventory, so the same item may appear multiple times on our site, often at different prices.

Are Modayn items authentic?

Absolutely. We only work with trusted boutiques and designers to ensure that all products are 100% authentic.

How will my order be packaged? 

Your items will be securely packaged, and, if provided by the designer, will include branded dust bags to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping, Taxes & Duties 

How can I change my order address? 

If your order hasn’t been processed, we can update the shipping address.

For orders already processed but not yet shipped, we will forward your request to our boutique partner and confirm once the change is made.

For orders in transit, we cannot change the address. If you need further assistance, please contact us at info@modayn.com 
 
Redirecting shipments on your own carries risk, and Modayn is not responsible for any issues that arise from this action.

What are the shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders over USD 200. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of USD 19.95 applies.

When can I expect to receive my order, and how do I track it?

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days, with delivery expected within 3-5 business days. Tracking details will be emailed to you, and you can also check your order status in your account.

Please be aware that while we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding should this happen.

Will I need to pay taxes and duties? 

Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout, ensuring full transparency. Please note that customs duties may not be covered.

How are taxes and duties calculated? 

All items are shipped from Europe, so orders exceeding certain thresholds may be subject to import customs/duty taxes, which are collected by customs in your country.

For U.S. orders over $800, import duties will apply. Additionally, U.S. sales tax is now charged at checkout, ensuring the total price is clear.

Returns & Refunds 

What is Modayn's return policy? 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, offering a full refund excluding delivery costs and applicable duties/taxes. Please review our returns and refunds page for more details.
 
All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items based on scent, as our partners only ship new items. Therefore, returns based on these conditions will not be accepted.

When will I receive my refund? 

After we receive and verify the returned items, we will process your refund through the original payment method. This typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

Will shipping and import duties/taxes be refunded on return? 

No, as returns involve additional costs, including shipping, customs duties, and courier charges, these are non-refundable. You will be responsible for these charges when returning an item.

I received the wrong item. What should I do? 

Please email us at info@modayn.com and provide pictures of the following: 

  • The front and back of the item 
  • The defect or incorrect part of the item 
  • The tags attached to the item 
  • The tags/stickers on the box or plastic covering of the item 
  • Any accompanying documents or labels (e.g., AWB labels)

These details will help us investigate the issue thoroughly. We may not be able to process your request without this information. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding
